Submission Guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit papers in English for "double-blind" peer review by the scientific committee not later than April 2, 2010. Each paper should be addressed to any of the thematic area of the conference. Papers will be reviewed according to the relevance of the conference's themes and objectives; originality of subject matter; academic rigor of the proposed paper; and likely contribution to knowledge or practical relevance, of the paper. Note that only papers that are based on actual research will be accepted. Authors should submit the papers using the online submission procedure.

Submit your paper (at latest April 2, 2010)
The presenting author will be required to:
1 - upload a presentation within two weeks of the paper's acceptance;
2 - register online for the Conference.
